[FIXED] Loop once and once per bar modes not working on Windows.

I've downloaded and installed the Windows version 15.3 last week on Jan11.
My system is Windows10 16GB RAM

I'm trying to work with recorded sample loops.

Only the loop repeat modes seem to be working.
All other loop modes behave like loop repeat.
The sample repeats continuously throughout the sequence. It resets when the sequence starts over.

My use case is.
Record a short sample. I.e. 2 beats.
This sample should play at the beginning of each bar.

Start the sequencer. Contains an 8 beat 2 bar sequence.
I want my sample to play on the first beat of each bar.

Actual Behavior
The sample loops continuously throughout the sequence.
It starts over at the beginning of the sequence.

Please let me know if you need any other information to reproduce the issue.

Hi bbolt, quick question: is your sample shorter than a whole bar?

EDIT: I confirm the problem: this is definitely a bug. Thanks for reporting, I'm adding this one to the things to fix for the next release!
