Diverses questions and problems of a new user

I'm giving Giada 0.8.2 on windows a try today, and after some experiments and a look at the doc I still have some questions.

I can't get Boost working in the sample editor window. All others parameters are fine but this one doesn't affect the played loop.

I just found the answer to my other question, but it took me time ;) The midi input setup dialog of a midi channel doesn't have a cross to close the window, although every dialog I opened for now had one. I found a way by 'Esc'aping while writing this...

If a delete the only vsti of an FX rack while playing some midi notes, a bzzzz sound is heard and won't stop till a new vsti s load

When the number of beats in the main window is set to 32, piano roll can't be edited anymore

I load some vsti that crashed the program, it seems that mutiple outs vsti crash it (shortcircuit, tx16wx, kontakt, reaktor multi [the 2ch version works])

The soft is interesting. I didn't really dig into midi control to see what we can do. I was wondering how much can be controlled in Giada via an external midi software... I hope future developments will be fruitful on this side. And I can't wait for a midi in !

Confirmed on Windows and Normalize doesn't work as well.

Confirmed, X button is missing on Windows.

We are working on that, I suggest to wait for version 0.8.3 or greater and try again, it's a matter of internal buffer cleanups

Interesting, Giada should be able to deal with VSTs with multiple outputs. We will look into it
