Hello,
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I still don't get the whole column idea. For example, on my first column, I can have a kick, snare, synth and bass samples. Another setup is to split these four samples into two columns. My first column I will have the kick and snare and in the second column I will have the synth and bass.
So, my question is what are the differences between those setup?
Thanks,
Castle
What is the main idea for the columns?

Hi Castle,
Columns are used to arrange your channels. For example, you can group drum kits on column A and pads on column B. This is only a User Interface thing though, the audio engine doesn't know (and doesn't care) about columns configuration.
Hope it helps
